We are delighted to be working with Leonard Cheshire to recruit a dynamic, entrepreneurial individual with excellent communication skills to join their team as a Regional Fundraising Assistant. This is a varied role within in a fast -paced dynamic team. You will be supporting a variety of regional events and activities across the UK, developing marketing materials and building excellent relationships with supporters.

Key responsibilities to include:

To support the regional team to identify venues, organise invite lists and collateral for a minimum of 8 regional events a year.
To support the development of materials such as school packs, specific leaflets to support the cultivation events etc. as required by the team
To support the head of regional fundraising to develop specific supporter led communications in regions around the UK.

Person Specification to include:

Literate and numerate preferably to A level standard
Prior experience of working in a regional fundraising team would be desirable
Good IT skills and ability to use excel and knowledge of databases
Basic digital marketing skills
Flexible, self-motivated and able to work autonomously within broad guidelines to deliver to deadlines.
