Our client based in Fradley Park, Lichfield is currently recruiting for an Internal Sales Co-Ordinator on a permanent basis.

The role will include

Develop and maintain effective working relationships with customers

Acting as primary interface in communicating to customers, accurate and timely information relating to their order

Communicate with customers, place orders, expedite deliveries, revise collections and / or shipping schedules, arrange returns / credits, notification of complaints or rejections, provide shipping and forwarding information and keep customer details updated.

Develop and maintain effective working relationships with customers, whilst maintaining the highest level of professional conduct.

Act as a primary interface in communicating to customers, accurate and timely information relating to their order.

They will act as the first line of contact with customers on:
Pricing (supported by area sales managers) • Product availability (supported by purchasing) • Technical issues (supported by technical department)

Qualifications:

  • A good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook.
  • Excellent customer service, verbal and written communication skills.
  • The ability to prioritise tasks effectively and work under pressure within a team environment.
  • The ability to manage own time, work on own initiative, and achieve targets.
  • Working knowledge of SAP would be advantageous, but not essential as full training will be
