Here, you will be at the heart of energy.About the roleTo work as part of the Technology Services Team on issues and enhancements for Cloud systems such as Coupa or Servicenow both technical and non-technical through direct system administration activities or by managing 3rd parties to carry them out.The candidate will be expected to have system support experience and will be trained up to Support Cloud systems to perform some or all of the duties below.About youBasic knowledge of current business processes and the ability to understand system impacts if business processes change or impact to business process if the system changes.An understanding of workflow approval based logic and the ability to both understand a business process from a workflow diagramGood written skills with the ability to clearly document and explain business processes.An aptitude for problem solving, with the ability to take a logical route to the source of an errorA self-starter who delivers high quality work and can adapt to new challenges, either on their own or as part of a team.Who are weAt National Grid, we don’t just ask our people to deliver to the highest standards.
