Reporting to the Compliance and Resourcer Manager, this role will be to prepare candidates' files ready to be audited by our Safeguarding Team in Sheffield.

Key tasks and responsibilities

• Preparing candidate files for clearance

• Chasing outstanding references

• Reviewing candidate files prior to clearance

• Checking candidate application forms

• Post interview, checking outstanding requirements and informing candidate and consultant

• Processing References

• Processing DBS

• Administration of incoming post

• Admin tasks including:

o Post

o Support for meetings/training courses (lunch, drinks, snacks, handouts, preparation and clearing of room)

o Application pack production, Management of Merchandise and ordering of stationery, milk, water, printer toner

Key Skills

• Organised and able to prioritise a high workload

• Adaptable and flexible, able to meet tight deadlines

• Excellent communication skills with experience of communicating to wide variety of levels

• Tenacious and able to use own initiative, problem solving skills

• Able to work alone and as part of a team

• Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office and ability to work with new IT systems quickly

• Previous experience within an Administrative role essential

• Previous experience of working in a role where a high level of attention to detail is required essential

• Previous experience within the Recruitment sector is desirable
