Responsible to: Sales Administration & Logistics Manager
Receipt of incoming orders
Liaising with production personnel to ascertain lead times
Price check and emailing of order confirmations to customers
Entry of orders to company's network system
Scanning of relative paperwork to network system
Updating spreadsheets with order information.
Dispatch of orders
Arranging carriage / collections
Dispatching orders from network system
Ensuring all documentation as requested by customer is presented
Labels for goods generated where necessary
This is an automatic system following dispatch, however
post, email, copy invoice as requested by customer / James Kent protocol.
Scan dispatch confirmation to network system
Company network system - on the job training to be given.
