Job Title: Childcare Level 5 Trainer / Assessor

Location: North West / Staffordshire - Must be flexible with travel

Salary: Up to GBP24,000 (DOE)

Type: Full time, Permanent

Duties include:
  • Delivering full Apprenticeships in Early Years Childcare levels 2, 3 and 5 including Functional Skills (Maths / English) to level 2.
  • Visiting/observing learners in their place of work to gather evidence towards their Apprenticeships.
  • Managing your diary efficiently to ensure timely visits and reviews are conducted.
  • Organise and maintain documentation on learners' progress.
  • Support, advise and motivate learners.
  • Overcome barriers to learning and adapt delivery to meet learner's needs.
Essential Criteria:
  • Recognised Assessor Award (D32/33, A1, CAVA or TAQA).
  • Experience of delivering Apprenticeships in Early Years Childcare levels 2, 3 and 5 including Functional Skills (Maths / English) up to level 2.
  • Hold solid occupational competency in Management, within an early years childcare setting.
  • Full, clean driving licence and use of a vehicle.
  • Must be flexible with travel.
Personal Skills:
  • Organisational skills are a must, as well as the ability to plan your time effectively.
  • Confident and professional with the ability to inspire and motivate people.
