Protocol are partnered with an excellent college in Kidderminster. Together we are searching for a Telesales Operative to deliver 3 months initially

Role responsibilities

To assist with finding the college Apprenticeships placements within industry.

Cold Calling

The person & qualifications

The Ideal candidate will have a background in cold calling. This will be primarily B2B, they must be comfortable on the phone a long with a professional telephone manner.

This post will be target driven focusing on amount of calls and placements per day/week.

You will be expected to arrange at least 4 appointments with potential employers each week to visit the college and discuss the potential of taking on a college apprentice.
