We have an excellent opportunity for a motivated Service Advisor to join our team at Guy Salmon Land Rover Stratford.
As a Sytner Service Advisor, you will join our fantastic team in our busy Aftersales department providing outstanding customer care. You will keep customers informed and up-to-date at every stage and quickly respond to any questions or queries.
This is a challenging role where customer care always comes first, you'll take the time to talk to people, build a genuine rapport and identify exactly what our customers want and need.
You must be an outstanding individual with excellent organisational and administrative skills along with good attention to detail as you will accurately book appointments and finalise costs for our customers.
You should a confident communicator and be experienced in dealing with customers both face-to-face and over the phone. Ideally, you will have a proven track record as a Service Advisor in the motor industry and are looking for the next step in your career. Knowledge of Kerridge computer system is desirable
