Sheridan Maine are recruiting for a coordinator / P/A to support a Manufacturing business based in Rugby. This is a fast growing Family run business who are looking for someone with expertise to be the go to person in the business for arrangements.

Role

As the Administration Coordinator you will need to perform a variety of administrative and clerical duties to support the managers and employees in daily office needs and managing general diary activities.

Duties

- Answer and direct phone calls
- Manage transport coordination
- Organise and schedule meetings and appointments
- Produce and circulate correspondence and letters
- assist in regular reporting
- Ordering office supplies
- Booking travel and transport arrangements for 9 members of staff
- Submit and reconcile expense reports
- Book conferences , couriers, hotels and taxis etc
- Manage calendars and diaries
- Order and manage offer stock and stationary
- Answer calls and transfer where appropriate

Person

This role would be ideal for a P/A, Receptionist or coordinator who is looking for a new challenge. this is an evolving role and could lead to an office manager role. Someone with a proactive attitude would have a huge impact of the business and an opportunity to develop the role and department.

Qualifications and Education Requirements

- Proven admin or assistant experience
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
- Attention to detail and problem solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and planning skills
- Proficient in MS Office
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
