An exciting opportunity has arisen to join Triton Showers Customer Service department as an Apprentice Administration Clerk, based at our offices in Nuneaton.

As the UK's market and brand leader in showers, Triton continues to grow and is therefore looking for an individual, who is enthusiastic and adaptable to join Customer Service Administration Team.

This role is offered as part of our one-year apprenticeship programme and will give the successful candidate a great start to their career in business. You will be given all the training you need to carry out the role whilst gaining a recognised qualification in business administration.

The Key responsibilities of the role are:

  • Dealing with all incoming letters and e-mails
  • Answering warranty telephone calls

  • Providing support within the Administration team

  • Update spreadsheets and procedures as required

  • Flexibility within the department

  • Ensuring all Web orders are downloaded daily

  • Ensure department KPI's are completed daily

  • Assisting with the maintenance of the stock control system

The successful candidate will need to have:

  • Good computer skills

  • Good communication and organisational skills

  • Good telephone manner

  • Enthusiasm and commitment for the role

  • The ability to work on their own initiative and as part of a team

The working week will be 35?? hours based on 9.00 am - 5.00 pm from Monday to Thursday and 9.00 am - 4.00 pm on Fridays.
