Customer Account Handler
SF Group are currently looking for a Customer Account Handler for an industry leading clothing business based in Walsall. This temporary position is in place to effectively deliver excellent customer service to all key accounts.
Day to day responsibilities include:
- To be first point of contact for all customers
- Taking orders via telephone and email
- Order entry onto bespoke system
- Liaising with warehouse staff in order to check stock availability
The ideal person will be/have:
- Strong customer service experience
- Keen eye for detail
- Knowledge of excel, word and outlook
- Proven track record in administration
This is a temporary position starting hourly rate of GBP8.21. This position is ideal for someone who wants to work for a market leading business with genuine career progression and is willing to start at the bottom and learn the business in its entirety.
