Working with a leading provider of specialist education and care for vulnerable children and young people with social, emotional and behavioural difficulties. Their homes offer 52 week care tailored to each child and their needs which aids in delivering positive outcomes and independence.

This organisation is looking for a Registered Manager for their Residential Children's Home in Birmingham.

The role is full time, and permeant, offering a salary up to GBP40,000 plus an extensive benefits package.

Requirements of the Registered Manager:

* Strong experience working as a Registered Manager or Deputy Manager in a similar setting

* Diploma Level 5 Leadership and Management in Health and Social Care or willing to work towards

* Effectively lead a team of staff to enable the highest quality of care

* Strong staff supervision, managerial and communicational skills

* Excellent Ofsted knowledge

Location: Birmingham
