We are looking for a Registered Manager to join a well established organisation providing specialist support to children and young people with Learning Disabilities.
The successful candidate will be responsible for the day to day running of an OFSTED regulated service. They will ensure the highest standards of emotional, physical and social care for young people and promote the best outcomes possible. The role requires the delivery of highly motivated leadership and development of the team working within the home.
All applicants must have:
  • QCF Level 5 Leadership & Management Children and Young People is desired
  • QCF Level 3 in Children and Young People is essential
  • 2 years + experience working within a residential setting for children with LD
  • Extensive knowledge around OFSTED regulations
  • Previous experience implementing a robust QA System
