Our client is a rapidly growing UK based pharmaceutical and medical device manufacturer.

They research and develop innovative, quality, cost effective products that will improve the health and wellbeing of people all around the world. They have an expanding, diverse portfolio of products covering a range of treatment areas including Mental Health and Dermatology, with many others in the pipeline.
They have grown rapidly since inception and has established a successful reputation as a strategic supplier to the NHS and other valued healthcare providers.
They now seek to strengthen the team with a National Sales Manager. Reporting to the Managing Director you will be responsible for the delivery of company sales targets through a team of office and field based sales staff.
Based in the Midlands, the ideal candidate will currently be in a Sales Management role within the Pharmaceutical or Dermatology products sector. They should also have a strong understanding of the NHS, its processes, procedures and sectors such as Primary Care, Secondary Care. Knowledge of inclusions and formularies is also required.
* Further or higher education or equivalent
* Full driving licence
* Current NSM, RBM or RSM in Pharmaceutical or Healthcare Sector
* Proven track record of sales successes
* Extensive knowledge of the NHS and ongoing changes
* Proven track record of managing and developing individuals and teams
* Proven track record of leading cross-functional internal teams
* Experience in forecasting, strategy development and successful implementation
* Experience in Dermatology and or Mental health
* Experience with branded generics
* Additional Business/Marketing qualification
