THE OPPORTUNITY:

We are looking for a candidate to work in IT customer support who can offer a positive attitude, high levels of patience and empathy and the flexibility and willingness to work in a close-knit team that goes the extra mile.

You will deliver a high standard of support to customers and end users using your IT knowledge and, most importantly, your understanding and helpful approach.

THE ROLE:

This will include:
- Providing customer and end user support of the companies software products and systems by phone, email and remote access.
- Escalating complex problems, arranging fixes for hardware issues.
- Solving configuration, conflict or systems problems in Windows and bespoke applications.
- When confident, delivering user training.
- Delivering high levels of customer service and swift problem resolution.

THE CANDIDATE:

Your skills should include:

- Excellent communication skills by phone, email and messaging.

- A calm, patient manner with urgency in resolving issues.

- Confident working with PC's, Windows and increasing your understanding of software.

- Ideally some experience of specialist end-user application software with some hardware knowledge.

- A fast learner with an inquisitive mind and able to self-educate.
