The purpose of this role is to attract and directly recruit the best possible sales associates and retail store supervisors into our new stores that are opening within Tesco's across the UK and Ireland through proactive sourcing and accurate selection. Working closely with hiring managers to identify both current and future resourcing needs.
- Managing the full end to end recruitment cycle across specific regions in a fast pacedenvironment
- Ensure vacancies are advertised effectively using appropriate job boards
- Screen CVs, contacting candidates and scheduling interviews
- Manage candidates through the Applicant Tracking System in a timely and accurate manner, keeping them informed on the process of their application ensuring a positive candidate experience
- Answer any queries in relation to vacancies from candidates and Hiring Managers via both email and telephone
- Facilitate and support at interview /assessment centres for recruitment events as required
