Job title: Telemarketing Operative
Location: Shirley, Solihull
Hours: 9am-5pm Monday - Friday Temp to Perm
Thomas Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Telemarketing operative for our prestigious Client based in Solihull.
Day to day duties will include the following:
- Working on behalf of Clients
- Contacting a target list of businesses to make qualified sales appointments
- Generate leads
- Update Company information
- Complete telephone surveys on behalf of Clients with their Customers
As a person you will need the following qualities and experience:
- Previous experience of working within a similar role, making outbound calls
- Able to achieve a dialling target of at least 175 dials per day (depending on campaign)
- Confident to deliver calls to senior decision makers in companies such as MD, FD, HRD. Marketing Director
- Excellent communication skills and telephone manner
- Excellent spoken English
- Good time management and ability to meet deadlines
- Work well within a team and as an individual
- Live within a commutable distance to Shirley, Solihull
