- To implement, integrate and support business applications for clients who utilise Sage Line 50, Xero, Unleashed, Shopify and moreProvide ongoing systems support.Communicate with clients via email, phone or face-to face at the office or the clients’ premises.Complete administration tasks related to client work.Provide outstanding customer care and support, keeping the client up to date on the progress of their projects on a regular basis.Supervise and/or provide technical direction of junior team members, with responsibility for quality of work.Attend evening meetings, breakfast events and weekend events as and when required.
- Knowledge in applications such as Sage Line 50, XERO and/or Shopify, Unleashed, Woocommerce, Capsule CRM and Hubspot IT literate- having a good level of IT and Web knowledge and use skillsAbility to work as a member of a team and your own initiative.A positive ‘can-do’ attitude and a positive attitude towards problem solving.Accuracy and attention to detail.Flexible mind-set including an agile personality that enjoys and thrives in the dynamic and multi-tasked environment of a small company.Full driving licence and own vehicle.
