Customer Service Advisor
Macildowie are currently looking for a Customer Service Advisor working for a business based in Coventry. This is a great role for a self-motivated individual looking to develop in a fast paced and challenging customer service environment.
THE ROLE & YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
Arrange sight test appointments for new and existing customers, completing the entries on to the system
Deliver exceptional customer service through handling of enquires via telephone email, and correspondence ensuring SLAs are met and telephone standards are maintained.
Achieve customer service objectives, by meeting and exceeding customer needs.
Work within the NHS rules and regulations
Handle complaints effectively
Maintain the customer database
Have the ability to clearly explain the benefits of the products and services with the ultimate aim to helping our business to continue to grow
Work with colleagues across the business to support the growth and development of the business
EXPERIENCE SOUGHT IN THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE:
Good attention to detail
Previous experience in a contact centre environment
Ability to handle objections/challenges
Passionate about delivering exceptional customer service
Excellent team player with effective communications skills
Highly motivated self-starter
Confident, friendly and professional telephone manner
Ability to work to tight deadlines
Good computer skills
Works well within a pressured environment
You must be immediately available for work
