We are currently looking for an Admisntrator to join our clients vibrant and energetic team in Hereford immediately.
Our Client is leading manufacturer and designer of Hydraulic cylinders offering a bespoke service to their customers.
The role is working in the accounts office for 39 hours a week Mon - Thurs 07:30-16:30 and Fri 08:00 - 13:00 doing the following duties:
• Entering Purchase Invoices into our ERP system EFACS
• Receipting Payments, customer and supplier
• Answering the telephone
• Running a weekly wage run in Sage Payroll ( Sage experience and advantage but not esssential as full training will be provided)
• Filing electronically PODS and Customer Orders
Additional tasks for the right applicant might also be Entering Sales Orders and Purchase Orders onto our system.
