An opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic and motivated Sales Advisor to join a high performing Internal Sales Team. Tasked with ensuring that all enquiries are dealt with promptly & professionally, to maximise sales opportunities and to proactively develop accounts within your defined territory through an outbound call programme.

The role of Internal Sales Advisor:
- Develop & increase sales activity in an effective and efficient manner
- Achieve agreed Call frequency targets for the allocated 'Accounts'
- Be responsible for maximising sales opportunities with identified accounts by establishing relationships with customers via an outbound call programme
- Support Promotional activities to allocated 'Accounts'
- Ensure that all administration with regard to allocated customer accounts is completed professionally and promptly at all times
- Ensure that all standard operating procedures are understood and adhered to at all times
- Ensure that CRM System and customer details are up to date at all times, notifying all colleagues it is relative to.
- Initiate and maintain loyal customer relationships
- Develop & maintain professional contacts with allocated accounts.
- Develop and maintain professional relationships with key stakeholders within our business.
- Develop & maintain excellent understanding of all Company products across all brands through continued and focused self-learning.
- Provide all communication to customers in a professional manner and within agreed timescales
- Liaise closely with the diffuse sales team.
- Liaise closely with the Marketing Team.
