We are looking to recruit an experienced Administrator to join our busy office based in Picklescott (SY6 6NT).
The position is full time, 9am – 5pm Monday to Friday.
The successful candidate will enjoy a varied and challenging role, providing administrative and logistical support to our management team and growing team of surveyors based in both our Shropshire and Essex offices.
Duties will include:
- Answering telephone calls and logging enquiries
- Maintaining databases
- Creating commercial proposals
- Compiling expenses claims
- Booking accommodation
- Preparing purchase orders
- Arranging vehicle servicing and repairs
- Assistance with ISO:9001 implementation
- Excellent telephone manner and communication skills
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Strong computer literacy and competent in all MS Office products including Access
- Due to our rural location, it is essential that any candidate is able to drive and has their own transport
