Vehicle Administrator maternity cover
At our Vertu Volkswagen Hereford dealership, we are looking to recruit a New Vehicle Administrator to join our team on a 9 month fixed term contract to cover maternity leave. This is a successful busy dealership, Come and join the team!
About the Role
This role will involve making sure invoices and taxing vehicles are completed accurately and on time. You will be creating vehicle and customer records and facilitate the development of an accurate, clean customer database and vehicle history. You will continue to deliver the highest level of satisfaction to internal and external customers. The working hours will be: Monday Friday: 8.30am 5.00pm.
For this role, we are looking for someone who is ambitious and willing to learn the trade. Previous experience in the Motor Trade is not essential and experience of Kerridge would be preferable but it is not essential as full training will be provided. In addition, a keen eye for detail and the ability to work within specified guidelines is an essential for this role. Excellent IT / PC/ Numerical skills are also required.
