Your new role
As a Music Teacher, you will be expected to create an enjoyable and exciting, musically environment in which pupils aged 11-18 can develop their skills and reach their musical potential.
You will be responsible for fulfilling an active teaching role including planning, marking and assessment and will assist students in their transition from Key Stage 3 where pupils are introduced to music practically through a range of topics, through to Key Stage 4 where pupils will be developing their performing and composing skills and music theory knowledge.
What you'll need to succeed
Hays Education welcomes all teachers with QTS including NQTs. You will be a skilled Music Teacher with up to date knowledge of the current curriculum and have recent teaching experience within a Secondary School and be able to provide good to outstanding references.
