The role

We are looking for a enthusiastic experienced trainer to deliver training to IRESS' clients on the Wealth product suite. Responsibility for ensuring that each session is specific, relevant and adapted to each client's need. You will need to be able to demonstrate your personality throughout the training sessions and adapt to your audience.The training sessions will consist of onsite with the client, classroom training or one on one training - this can either be a webinar or face to face format.

What you will be doing

  • Scope business and system requirements and design training plans and materials to support training delivery focusing on IRESS' solutions (XPLAN) tailored to each business specific requirements

  • Deliver training sessions to TAP standards including workshops, online, onsite and classroom

  • Work with key stakeholders to identify training requirements, evaluate progress and deliver training accordingly

  • Ensuring that business and functional requirements are fully defined, meet the needs of the business case and customer requirements and are approved by the customer and key stakeholders

  • Keep up to date with changes and developments within XPLAN and Financial Services legislation

  • Plan and manage workload to ensure that all the necessary resources are in place to run training commitments effectively (e.g. knowledge, training materials etc.)

  • Make recommendations to clients regarding the implementation and use of IRESS products to ensure that they obtain the maximum benefits from the system

What you will need

  • Training, development and coaching skills

  • Ability to travel around the UK and stay overnight when required

  • Ability to amend each session based on client's requirements

  • Excellent communication skills at all levels, both oral and written

  • The ability to build relationships at all levels of the organisation and externally

  • Self-motivation and commitment to the business - get things done attitude
