Customer Services Advisor 
  
Star Employment are currently recruiting for 3 Customer Service Advisors for our client based in Halesowen. 

The main role will be to ensure the efficient and timely provision of excellent customer service.  Ensuring that customer requests, orders and complaints are handled effectively and efficiently. 

Applicants must be able to communicate effectively and courteously with customers and in particular members of staff including Area Sales Managers, Production, Warehouse and members of the Management Team. 

We are looking for a self-driven, highly motivated person with a positive outlook and 'can do' attitude. Mature, reliable, flexible and trustworthy. Well-presented and business-like and able to get on with others and be a team-player. 
  
Essential:    

  • Proven experience within a Customer Services environment, minimum 2 years. 
  • Effective communication skills, clear and effective telephone manner. 
  • Minimum 3 GCSE's to grade 'C' or equivalent to include English and Maths. 
  • Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office 

  
Desirable:   

  • Knowledge of the AS400/Webgate system but full training will be provided; manufacturing background; previous experience of building/DIY industry.  

  
Salary will be negotiable based on experience, knowledge and ability. 

  
Hours of work:  37.5 hours a week, rolling shifts between 0700-1900 Monday-Friday with 1 hour for lunch.
