Circa £25,000 Distribution Warwickshire The Company With a significant investment in research and development and advanced technology and skills our client has developed into a market leading business within their industry. Due to this growth our client is looking for Temporary Accounts payable assistance and for the right individual this may develop in to a permanent role. The Role You will be responsible for the purchase ledger function ensuring the efficient processing and payment of invoices. You will ensure they are correctly coded and paid within the agreed timescales. You will be working as part of a busy finance department, assisting in general finance administration duties, and working together to ensure the business meets its deadlines. Initially offered on a contract basis this is an excellent opportunity for an individual to work in a fast paced growing company, ultimately supporting the business with general accounts and purchase ledger responsibilities. The Candidate To be successful for this position the ideal candidate will have experience in the following areas: Highly experienced purchase ledger controller within a busy finance team Good attention to detail and works well with others Demonstrable experience of taking full control of an Accounts Payable function Excellent numerical and communication skills Demonstrable experience of working within an all-round Accounts Payable position Ability to produce work to a high standard whilst under pressure to meet tight deadlines Commercially focused with strong Excel and in-house accounting systems knowledge.
