Are you a Pensions professional with a background and keen interest in working with clients? A fantastic opportunity has arisen within a large and expanding Pensions organisation who are recognised globally.

You will act as the point of contact internally for the Operations teams and responsible for liaising with and dealing with any queries from external clients including; managing the SLA's and failure penalties and successes. You will need to manage all parties involved in the process whilst attending client meetings, completing reports, providing feedback on service processes and sharing the information internally. It's essential you possess a wealth of experience and knowledge on Defined Benefits and Defined Contribution arrangements.
