Office Manager

Location - Cadeby

Monday to Friday 9:00am till 5:00pm or 8:00am till 4:00pm

*would need to be flexible in the season period - From September to December hours may change to 8:00am till 6:00pm

GBP35,000 - GBP40,000 depending on experience.

Our client is looking for an experience office manager to join the family run business. Our client has 20 years experience within wholesales for planted Christmas trees. They work with lots of high end companies within the UK and Latvia.

The duties-

  • Managing 5 staff members within the office department

  • Day to day scheduling each staff member within the logistics side.

  • Liaising with current accounts and keeping them warm.

  • Dealing with the odd complaint that may come in ( rare but it is part of the role )

  • Arrange payment plans for customers.

  • Managing day to day with incoming account queries.

  • Speaking with the Latvia department and making sure they are in check.

  • Arranging new staff when it is in season period ( September Season starts)

  • Keeping accounts up to date.

  • Liaising with the warehouse and making sure orders are in process.

  • Looking after Invoices and accounts.

  • Arranging any new promotions within staff meetings.

  • Budgeting the accounts.

Requirements-

-SAGE experience

- Driving license

- 3 years within management

- Budgeting accounts / finances

- Keeping from September to mid December free as the season starts then and can be extremely busy.
