The Role:

As a collections advisor you will be working closely with our customers who have fallen into arrears. The purpose of the role is to promote engagement with our customers by having effective conversations to create a manageable solution that is best for both the customer and the bank.

We do this by taking the time to understand the customer's individual situation, showing empathy and respect, and providing fair outcomes and positive experiences throughout.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: £18,000 to £21,500 /year dependent upon experience

Our opening hours are 8.00am to 7.00pm Monday to Friday and 9.00am to 1.00pm on Saturday
