We are pleased to be working in partnership with an outstanding consumer tech business and market leader within their field, who are recruiting for an experienced Digital Campaign Manager to join their team. This is one of a number of newly created roles as the company is going through a major growth expansion building on an already strong position within the market.

The Job:

Our client is recruiting for a talented Digital Marketing Campaign Manager to join the Customer Marketing team. If you are passionate about making change, are able to work as part of a high performing marketing function and have a significant background in email marketing we want to hear from you!

To be considered for this role you'll need to have proven, hands on experience delivering email marketing campaigns using an email marketing platform (ideally Adobe Campaign)

Reporting into the Head of Customer Marketing you'll be responsible for developing segmented marketing campaigns and triggered emails for predominantly customer retention and referral. This includes campaign build (building workflows in Adobe Campaign) to agreed specifications and timescales.

You'll have knowledge of technical campaign delivery and a proactive approach to improve the efficiency and design of the campaign activity optimising customer response. You will have a deep understanding of email marketing, from responsive email builds and data selections to reporting on deployments and custom data extracts.

You will work closely with several teams such as Design, BI, Retail, Partnerships to help manage and deliver the needs for the business by providing innovative solutions to help transform our business.

  • Production of email campaign briefs, including copy and creative requirements.
  • Understanding the customer lifecycle and customer behaviour, though insight and MI, to inform improvement and development of campaigns.
  • Manage and maintain the email calendar and activity of the business with a view to achieving key KPI's and objectives.
  • Work closely across marketing and other departments to implement all email activity.
  • Ownership of regular reporting and analysis to share with stakeholders and help shape and determine adaptation of campaigns to optimise performance.
  • These campaigns would be predominantly email to begin with, but we see responsibilities extending to push notifications and social media.
  • Assist the team with other digital marketing activity where required including search engine optimisation, social media, pay per click, online campaigns, and content marketing.
  • Line management of up to 2 Marketing Executives
  • Experience utilising the selections tool to ensure accuracy and timeliness of your campaign workflows
  • Work with other teams to understand campaign performance and identify opportunities to drive improvements

About You:
  • CRM experience within a digital environment is required
  • Experiences with previous Campaign Management tools is essential, with experience in Adobe Campaign advantageous
  • Data literate, with the ability to break this down into layman's terms to communicate to the business
  • Good understanding of digital marketing
  • A good understanding of HTML would be advantage
  • Knowledge of application of social data an advantage
  • Interpersonal skills managing and co-ordinating various stakeholder requests and objectives
  • Strong attention to detail across all aspects of your campaigns from data selections to content and creative execution

This role has a strong focus on the CRM channel so it is vital that the successful candidate is strong in this area and would enjoy a role that focuses on CRM.
