Purpose:

The Category Administrator's main responsibility is to collect data from internal systems and update manufacturer digital service records online. They will also need to provide reporting to track the number of records updated.

Context:

The role holder will be required to obtain data from internal systems to update vehicle manufacturer's digital service records. They will need to identify the correct data efficiently to ensure the records are updated as soon as possible. The administrator will also work with the Category Manager to identify and improve processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Run daily reports to identify correct data from internal systems.
Update vehicle manufacturer's digital service records online.
Set up and product reports on a regular basis as requested.
Identify and drive improvements to all systems and processes to improve efficiencies.
Undertake special projects when required.

What we're looking for:

1+ year administrative experience in an office environment
Good knowledge or Microsoft programs - Outlook, Excel etc.
Excellent administration and communication skills.
Very good organisational skills.
Reporting/analytical experience desirable.
Previous experience of working to targets and SLA's.
Ability to prioritise work and be effective under pressure.
Excellent time management.
Team player with flexible approach to work, but equally able to work effectively alone.
A self-starter, with the ability to act on own initiative and identify best way forward.
Positive attitude with a can-do spirit and ability to make things happen.
Is open to change and seeks and encourages fresh ideas to meet an ever changing environment.
