I am currently recruiting on behalf of a animal products company on a temporary basis working Monday to Friday. Based just outside of Warwick this position will be responsible to provide support within the accounts team.

KEY Responsibilities

? Undertaking a full range of accountancy tasks as management of multiple Nominal Codes (Bank accounts - NatWest, RBS, PayPal, Credit Card, Petty Cash), using Sage 50 and Sales-I.

? Undertaking multiple additional roles including: batching invoices and credits, dealing with Amazon invoices and uploading them on Vendor's website, processing supplier payments and customer receipts, weekly banking, adjusting stock, reconciling statements, bank reconciliation, taking orders, requesting and allocating payments and dealing with general queries.

? Tracking order issues including damages, invoicing and picking errors, collections and raising credits.

? Accurately monitoring the Daily Sales Report, pulling data for controlling profit levels, measuring cost vs. sales performance; detailed analyse of Profit by important customers and Sales Representative. Tracking low margin on products and briefly explaining how to correct and adjust any error.


• Obtained at least GSCE qualifications including Maths & English

• Previous experience working in Accounts.

• Knowledge of Microsoft office including Word & Excel

• Be a good team player and the ability to work on own initiative and meet tight deadlines.

• Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken.

• Good telephone manner.

• Flexible, friendly and enthusiastic attitude required

• Sage line 50 (professional) experience

• Stock taking knowledge

• Sales ledger experience

• Purchase ledger experience
