As Digital Project Manager you will be responsible for the end to end management of a number of web-based projects which will form a key part of a current group digital upgrade. Working in a hybrid Agile/ waterfall environment, you will be responsible for the full range of project tasks from requirements gathering through to project delivery. You will assume responsibility for resolving issues, liaising with technical teams, creating and reviewing project plans whilst effectively managing project risks and relationships with 3rd parties.

The post holder shall:

* Provide end-to-end project management

* Scope project requirements and prepare budget

* Develop a detailed project plan and monitor progress

* Collaborate with internal teams to design, develop and implement digital projects

* Deliver projects on time ensuring quality standards are met

* Develop support documentation including risk logs and requirement specifications

* Communicate with the team and ensure all members are on board with delegated tasks

* Highlight potential risks or malfunctions and act proactively to resolve issues

Seek opportunities for improvement and suggest new projects

Post holders must have previous digital project management experience and possess the following:

* Strong background as a Project Manager with a proven ability to background to hit the ground running

* Understanding of Agile and Waterfall methodologies

* 5+ years' experience delivering web based projects - of reasonable size

* Demonstrable end to end project delivery expertise

* Ability to adapt approach to suit the business needs

* Proven background managing senior stakeholders and 3rd parties

* Demonstrate a strong technical IT understanding

* Experienced working with offshore development teams

We would prefer post holders to possess the following:

* Exposure to the creative industries sector would be an advantage but not a prerequisite

* Degree educated with a strong academic record and excellent attention to detail

* Be dependable, consistent, and a detail-oriented individual who is confident in how to manage projects from start to finish

* Good analytical and demonstrate organisational skills. You must be able to analyse raw data, draw conclusions and develop actionable recommendations as needed

* Self-motivated and client focused with lots of initiative and drive to succeed, demonstrating the ability to manage your own workload and identify ways to improve process

* A passion for everything digital, with an active interest and understanding of online industry trends

* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, are particularly important in developing client relationships. The ability to think on your feet, to be creative and talk about a wide variety of complex issues

Highly computer literate with good skills in all basic Office programs
