Residential Conveyancer

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Domestic Conveyancer to join the residential property team of this well-established law firm, based in their Warwickshire office. Experience is the most important factor and our client will consider a Solicitor, Legal Executive, experienced Paralegal or a Licensed Conveyancer for this role.

Our client is a trusted and respected regional practice with a strong reputation for offering an exceptional legal service to individuals and families across Coventry, Warwickshire and the Midlands. This well-established firm has a clear vision and a modern approach to the provision of legal services and is well positioned to consolidate its position as a leading law firm in the Midlands.

This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious and enthusiastic Residential Conveyancer to join a very successful team to handle a high calibre caseload of residential sales and purchases, freehold and leasehold matters, the buying and selling of flats, mortgages and re-mortgages, joint ownership, transfer of ownership and transfers of equity. As you will be based in an affluent area, the properties you will be handling are likely to be at the higher end of the market.

It is envisaged that the role would suit a Domestic Conveyancer with ideally at least three years' relevant experience of handling a varied residential property caseload, however applications from more junior Conveyancers who feel that they have the competence and ability to undertake the role will also be considered.

In return you will be paid a very competitive salary and an extensive benefits package. You will enjoy secretarial support and you will be able to earn bonuses of up to 25%.

This firm puts its staff at the heart of everything it does and you will enjoy a relaxed atmosphere that is a world away from a traditional law firm. The firm has a high employee retention rate because they support their staff and develop potential. They also have fun and ensure that time is taken to celebrate success. There is an agile working policy in operation which is currently evolving to provide even greater flexibility for those that don't want to adhere to a strict "nine to five" role.
