Due to continued growth we are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our established team.

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist working for Hanson Lawrie you will support a range of clients in a variety of industries with their recruitment process. This will include sourcing candidates through various channels, screening and interviewing applicants and supporting clients with their onboarding processes. To be successful in this role, you should be able to develop long-term recruiting strategies and nurture trusting relationships with candidates as well as clients.

Ultimately, you will create strong talent pipelines for our Clients future hiring needs.

This is not a sales role, but you will be working to targets to ensure our customers receive the very best recruitment service, focused on hiring engaged, quality of candidates offering an exceptional candidate onboarding experience whilst reducing time to hire and increasing retention.


* Coordinate with external hiring managers to identify staffing needs

* Determine selection criteria

* Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g. social platforms and professional networks)

* Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments and in-person interviews

* Prepartion and submitting of CVs to hiring managers with inetrview comentery

* Managing candidate information, including resumes and contact details, using our Applicant Tracking Systems

* Design job descriptions and interview questions that reflect each position's requirements

* Lead employer branding initiatives

* Organise and attend job fairs and recruitment events

* Foster long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates as well as clients


* Proven work experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist, Resourcer, Recruitment consultant or similar role

* Familiarity with social media, job boards and professional networks

* Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods

* Excellent verbal and written communication skills

* A keen understanding of the differences between various roles within organisations
