We are currently recruiting for a full time Receptionist for a beautiful 4 star, residential conference venue, with 114 bedrooms and 26 meeting rooms. It is a building full of character, with state-of-the-art facilities and picturesque grounds.

Our client is looking for someone who is passionate about providing exceptional customer service and who is looking to develop a career in the hospitality sector. In the role of Receptionist, you will provide information to guests throughout their visit, as well as liaising with other departments in the hotel: ensuring clientele enjoy their time and that the front office runs smoothly.

Please be aware this role incorporates shift work - this includes early mornings, evenings and weekend work, but does not include overnight shifts. The role is working 5 days out of 7. Typical shifts are 06.30 to 14.00 and 15.00 to 22.30.

Receptionist Main Responsibilities:
?? Helping to provide an exceptional experience for all guests
?? Checking guests in and out
?? Ensuring that the department runs efficiently whilst on shift
?? Answering the telephone
?? Dealing with reservations accurately and promptly
?? Banking responsibilities

Our client is looking for:
?? Experience working in a face to face customer service environment
?? Proactive and customer focused
?? Keen to develop your skills and to progress
?? Experience using a phone and IT equipment in a professional capacity would be beneficial
?? Experience within a hotel/conference environment is desirable, but not essential
