An exciting Medical Device Company are looking for a Regional Sales Manager to join their team on a permanent basis.

This is an exciting time to join a well-established and fast-growing, Medical Device Company and would ideally suit an experienced Regional Sales Manager looking to progress their career.

Regional Sales Manager - Role and Responsibilities:

To develop a regional and tactical business plan focusing on key issues specific to the digital laboratory environment e.g. Business development for digital and laboratory equipment, training and management.
Maintain close contact with key customers, dealers and laboratories within region
To coordinate and conduct sales cycle meetings
Ensure a culture of commercial awareness and relationship management is shared and acted upon within the team
Talent and succession planning responsibilities

Regional Sales Manager - Candidate Requirements:

Educated to degree level or equivalent combination of education and experience
Sales Experience is essential / Dental sales experience preferred
Proven success and able to bring techniques and passion for best practice in this field
Educated to degree level or equivalent combination of education and experience

Salary for this position will be in the range of GBP45,000 - GBP55,000 per annum depending on experience.
