We provide a bed and support to more than 2,700 people a night who are either homeless or at risk, and work to end homelessness and rebuild lives.
The Real Lettings service combines both the Real Lettings London Property Fund schemes, the National Property Fund scheme and other leased management for its Move on Properties. The Property Fund is an exciting, innovative social impact investment fund investing in residential property and creating social impact in homelessness. St Mungo's have worked in partnership with Resonance, a Fund Manager specialising in social impact to raise over GBP200 million of investment and purchased self-contained properties in which to house homeless individuals and families.
We are looking to recruit a Move On Housing Manager to oversee all aspects of housing management for move on properties. You will work closely with individual property landlords and portfolio manager, Resonance, for the Real Lettings Property Fund partnership. Your role will ensure effective management of compliance, lease and housing management responsibilities for Real Lettings. You will also provide direct support to the Service Manager in developing procedures that address complex housing management issues that will minimise loss of staff resource for tenant engagement work.
You will undertake regular data analysis and report on Key Performance indicators to the Head/Director of Service working closely with the Private Rented Sector Lettings Manager to identify corrective action where needed, and support the wider team to implement.
You will also help implement effective Move on Block management for St Mungo's owned assets in line with Strategic Asset Management team recommendations, and participate in a broader strategic review of how to deliver Move On housing management into the wider organisation for properties working with the Director of Housing Services.
To be successful in this role you'll need to have experienceof managing a housing related service, project or programme, with budget management and performance reporting responsibilities. You will also be highly capable in developing relationships that enable you to work with a wide range of people (internally and externally) to improve data-sharing, performance and partnership working.
