Hours:  37 hours – full time position

Salary:   £25,984 – £28,408 (dependent on experience)

Location:      Dudley (although travel around the Borough will be necessary at times)

Contract:    Permanent

Citizens Advice Dudley Borough is a charity that offers free, impartial and independent advice to over 15,000 people per year, resolving over 43,000 advice issues to diverse communities across Dudley Borough, many of whom often have complex support needs or complex casework issues.

We are looking to recruit a Service Delivery Manager to join our existing management team to support the new business we have obtained.

The role needs you to be an enthusiastic, person centred manager who enjoys line managing staff to help them achieve the best they can be.

We are looking for someone with strong management skills, thrives in a busy environment and is flexible and creative in how they manage projects and maintain our excellent brand.

The services the post holder will manage will be advice and non advice services.  It is not essential that you have advice knowledge as you will be line managing our technical and quality supervisors who support staff.   

Your role will be to support, enhance and strengthen a great group of staff, showing clear management direction, a focus on what is right for the client, and an excellent role model of Citizens Advice values.
