Due to internal promotion, we are recruiting for a CIS Payroll Administrator to work for our central Lichfield Client. It is an exciting time to join an expanding company, who have managed to keep a close-knit feel to their team.

Suitable applicants must have a minimum of 5 years CIS payroll experience, their CIS compliance knowledge must be up to date and must be able to demonstrate knowledge of the CIS payment process. They need to be able to show initiative, be able to work to tight deadlines and be able to join an established team.

Some of the main duties for this role will include:

* Responsible for all aspects of invoicing

* Ensuring accuracy of payroll and accounts

* Managing the credit control for the business

* Chasing invoices, sending emails and chasing payments

* Reconciling accounts

* Checking bank accounts for payments

* Managing remittances

* Handling all related admin

The salary for this role is GBP18k per annum, rising to GBP20k after six months.

Hours are 9.00- 5.00 Monday to Friday with 1-hour lunch
