Customer Service Executive - 12 Week Temporary
Our client based in Burton on Trent has an urgent need for an experienced Customer Service Executive to join them on a Temporary basis. The role will be starting on 17th June for 12 weeks to cover staff holidays.
?? Answering a high volume of calls
?? Logging information from calls received
?? Establishing and maintaining exceptional working relationships with colleagues, customers and suppliers.
?? Communicating accurately and effectively via written and/or verbal correspondence.

Due to the role being to cover staff holiday's candidates will only be considered with minimal holidays during the duration of the booking.
Hours : Mon - Fri 9.00 am - 5.15 pm
Rate of Pay GBP8.50 per hour
