HR Consultant - South Birmingham - cGBP300 p/day - 6 months
Our FTSE 250 client is looking for an experienced HR Consultant, HR Business Partner or strong HR Generalist to support stakeholders based from their fantastic offices south of Birmingham.
A true generalist role, you'll be supporting managers and the leadership team with a range of HR activities to include, but not be limited to, Employee relations, long term absence, performance management and development, appraisal processes, development, aspects of Reward and pay and support with recruitment processes.
We are looking to find someone with a track record of HR from within large complex matrix style organisations - ideally with a professional service or financial services slant to them. Understanding of change processes around TUPE would also be a benefit, as there could be some support work to a legacy acquisition. Some travel to London can be expected.
