SEN Teaching Assistant - Redditch - September

Academics Ltd is currently working with a primary school in Redditch seeking a SEN Teaching Assistant. As a SEN TA, you will be passionate about supporting the development of children with sensory impairments; complex medical conditions, learning difficulties and communication difficulties, with the upmost care and empathy.

About you:

* Experience raising the standards of each pupil by improving their development using your creative, proactive, resourceful and organisational skills.

* Experience working within a caring and safe environment and reflecting the school's priority of child centred learning

* Passionate about developing your own professional development to ensure you have up to date knowledge, skills and understanding in teaching pupils with severe/complex learning difficulties including ASD

Desirable:

* Team Teach

* Level 3 qualified or equivalent

* Degree qualified
