The Role

Reporting directly into the Head of Marketing, defining and developing the digital strategy to drive lead generation. Responsible for the implementation, definition and execution of digital marketing plans, with accountability for the delivery of digital multi-channel campaigns globally, whilst adhering to strict budgets and maintaining the brand image and standards.

  • Management and creation of lead generation and campaign management, across UI/UX, Email marketing, SEO and PPC.
  • Strong working relationship with the sales team on a range of multi-channel digital marketing activities including sales campaigns to drive the generation of leads.
  • Analysing campaign activity and agency performance
  • Management of the CRM system in order to create portfolio's for global digital marketing campaigns
  • Execute Social media campaigns at a global strategic level, aligned with the PR and media output
  • Ensure the market is continually monitored, by keeping up to date with customer, competitor news and audience insight
  • Improving conversion rates by analysing performance and implementing changes
  • Managing the customer acquisition journey
  • Accountability for all digital campaigns and ensuring the brand is translated across all digital channels
  • Deliver against KPI's and targets per quarter, analysing and reporting on increasing lead conversion

The Candidate

  • Experience within a B2B regulatory environment
  • Strong knowledge in driving multi-channel digital marketing campaigns
  • Knowledge of WordPress, HTML, CRM, Email Marketing, CMS, SEO,PPC
  • Proven track record in Acquisition and automation
