ICT Services at the Council are searching for an enthusiastic Strategic Desktop Support Officer to join their expanding team who were BETT 2018 finalists for ICT Services and Support.
An ideal candidate would have a degree of experience of providing an ICT support service in schools and provide a customer focused reliable, flexible operational and technical support service to their Education customers. This post will support schools on a day-to-day basis, enabling them to operate more effectively and efficiently to improve teaching and learning through the use of ICT.
Experience with Windows 7, 8.1 & 10 and Microsoft Office 2010, 2013 & 2016 in an enterprise environment is essential.
Experience with Apple OSX and iOS devices including mobile device management solutions and Google Chromebooks is desirable.
