Our client is a continually growing organisation in the Stone & Paving industry.

The company offer a wide range of Paving, Block Paving, Stones, Cobbles & Setts, Walling, Stepping Stones and Stone Steps directly into Independent Merchants & Distributors across the UK.

The company are now looking to recruit an Area Sales Manager to join their team. The ideal candidate will have experience in the Stone & Paving industry, will have a proven track-record in sales / business development and will have experience working with / selling into Independent Merchants / Distributors. Candidates will cover Mid-Wales across to The Wash so will need to be motivated, target-driven, hungry for success and looking to join a strong, growing, organisation within the industry.

Principal Responsibilities / Knowledge / Experience

1. Minimum 3 years of proven sales success in the Stone & Paving industry.

2. Sales / Business Development experience - essential

3. Maintain a professional relationship with customers and ensure they are kept satisfied with the company's services.

4. To manage the key account list to maximise sales and profit

5. Effective Communicator.

6. Prompt and accurate reporting to the Directors as required.

7. Computer literate.
