JOB DESCRIPTION:

Overall Purpose & Objectives of Job

To plan, create, implement and nurture an overall strategy for developing and maintaining Narrow Aisle's audience through effective use of all appropriate media, assisting the development of good relationships will all global customer contacts.

Scope and Main Duties of Job / Work Performed
To handle incoming calls, emails and sales leads and develop into customers' enquiries efficiently and professionally
To develop and maintain a strong relationship with existing end users and authorised distributors to achieve maximum sales opportunity.

" To provide a high standard of customer service to existing clients in UK and International markets,
" Preparation of sales quotations and proposal letters,
" Raising Technical Production Sales Files,
" Updating customer database (Protean),
" Log International and UK Inbound Sales Leads,
" Log International and UK Inbound Sales Enquiries,
" Respond to customer technical queries, liaise with Business Development Managers and technical team,
" Customer mailing and promotions,
" Timely follow-up of enquiries by Telephone/E-Mail to maximise business opportunities,
" Arrangement of transport and logistics for UK and International shipments,
" Ensure all relevant documentation for international shipments are collated,
" Supporting individual International Accounts, end users and authorised distributors,
" Supporting Business Developments Managers and Product Managers,
" Responsible for establishing and maintaining Flexi truck and spare parts business with customers and prospective customers,
" Attending distributor review meeting in UK and Global locations as required,
" Attending UK and Overseas exhibitions and promotional events as required,

" Travelling in the UK and abroad to discuss customer requirements, acting as interpreter when required,
" Involvement in marketing initiatives as required,
" Business Development in International markets, via digital marketing
" Lead forensics analysis to identify potential leads, follow-up.
