Salary: GBP25,000 - GBP30,000 (dependent upon experience) + uncapped commission (OTE GBP35-GBP40K+)

I am currently recruiting on behalf of a company who provide Learning and Talent executives with an alternative platform to network and engage with peers from a range of industries, offering events across Europe, the U.S.A, Dubai, India and Australia, covering topics including Learning & Development, Talent Management, Executive Development and most recently General Counsel.

The Account Manager will work alongside the CEO & Founder of the company. The goal is to identify and initiate global working relationships with new and existing business to business (B2B) clients, through meaningful and effective conversations.

The role:
This role is ideal for someone who hinges largely on strong client relationships, who is self-motivated, able to work within a team, as well as being able to work on their own initiative. This person will have exceptional client service as it constitutes a core value for the company.

Job Specification:
Researching and keeping up with your client's company as well as their industry;
Building new relationships and taking the time to get to know your client;
Meeting new clients where appropriate;
Managing prospects and sales pipelines;
Going the extra mile for your client;
Attending events across EMEA, USA & beyond, as required;
Dealing with enquiries both on the telephone and via email correspondence;
Maintaining and updating the company CRM

Person specification:
Degree educated
Proved B2B experience
Ability to work independently and also as part of a team
Client focused
Target driven
Excellent communicator
Flexible to attend international events, which may require weekend travel;
Multiple languages would be advantageous
