Our Customer Service Executives work in a collaborative and growing team providing the very best service for our members and policy holders. From interacting with our customers on the phone and social media, to policy administration and arranging mid-term adjustments, you'll sell through service and support our customers with any queries. Through top notch customer service, you'll enable the team to reach compliance standards and objectives.
Growth and Progression
Our Customer Service Executives are encouraged to constantly learn and develop within the business. Day 1 you'll be enrolled on our 4-week training programme before hitting the phones. From there you will then have the opportunity to progress through our 3 levels in Customer Service. The sky is the limit. So whether you want to eventually become Team Leader or progress into another field one day like Quality Assurance, Product or I.T, it's happened for some of our amazing people here and could happen for you too.
Pay and Benefits
GBP20k + 7.5% (GBP1.5k) shift allowance for working earlies, lates and weekends over a 37.5 hour week.
